Common questions

My SMS messages aren't being delivered.

Check that your business's messaging status is "active" in your dashboard settings. If you recently signed up, your messaging number may still be completing carrier registration (typically takes 24–48 hours). Email us and we'll check the status.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Dashboard → Billing and click "Cancel plan". Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.

A customer wants to opt out of SMS.

They can reply STOP to any message at any time. They will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You can also contact us to manually remove a number.

I need to update my Google review URL.

Go to Dashboard → Settings and update your Google review URL there.
