Why we built this

Most local businesses know Google reviews matter, but chasing customers for reviews is awkward and time-consuming. Expensive reputation management agencies charge thousands per month for what should be a straightforward system. We built RateInvite to give any local business, a restaurant, a gym, a dentist, a car wash, a professional, fully automated review collection system at a price that makes sense.

The flow is simple: a customer scans your QR sign, opts in with their phone number, and receives a single SMS review link 1–2 hours after their visit, when they've had time to reflect. No fake reviews, no spam, no gimmicks. Just a well-timed, consent-based nudge to customers who already had a good experience.

How it works

   You hang your QR sign

   We design and ship a custom acrylic QR sign to your door. Each sign has a permanent URL so you never need to reprint when things change.

   Customers scan and opt in

   The QR code opens a clean mobile page where customers enter their phone number and give explicit SMS consent. No app download, no friction.

   We send the review link automatically

   90–150 minutes after the opt-in, your customer receives a single SMS with a direct link to your Google review page. Timing is randomized so messages feel natural, not automated.

   You track everything in your dashboard

   See QR scan counts, SMS delivery status, and review link clicks, across all your locations, in one place.

Compliance first

Every SMS we send is opt-in only. Customers must actively choose to receive a message before any text is sent. Our messages meet US carrier and TCPA requirements. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out instantly. We never sell or share phone numbers.
