Why we built this
Most local businesses know Google reviews matter, but building a repeatable, compliant request process takes time. We built RateInvite to combine the QR sign, customer opt-in, SMS follow-up, and tracking workflow in one focused product.
The flow is simple: a customer scans your QR code, opts in with their phone number, and receives a single SMS review link 90 to 150 minutes after the opt-in. No fake reviews, no spam, no gimmicks. Just a consent-based reminder for customers who choose to participate.

Compliance first
The workflow requires recorded consent before an SMS is scheduled and includes sender identification plus STOP and HELP instructions. These controls are designed to support carrier and legal compliance, while each business remains responsible for its own consent and messaging obligations. We do not sell mobile numbers or share them for third-party marketing.
